A few days ago we had told you that this new year we have many surprises lined up for you. It is NEW YEAR 2014 and the box of surprises is about to open....
There are lot of things that are planned to be done in the coming days in the college especially on The CAN-Era, The Official NewsWire of Canara Engineering College.
First of all, We wish you a VERY HAPPY AND A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR and hope that you attain all your goals in the years to come.
Not wasting any more time, we will get straight to the point. There are few announcements that are to be made and here they are :
1) We are now official!! Yes, The CAN-Era is now the OFFICIAL NewsWire of Canara Engineering College (hope you noticed above). We now have support from the college to keep this student portal alive and running by the students and for the students.
2) The CAN-Era has its own domain www.thecanera.com
3) You can now send your posts, articles, news to our email id info@thecanera.com
4) The site is now redesigned and has a cool new look with more sections and informative links. The new drop down menus are easy to use and offer posts related to specific categories easy to find.
5) We are looking for authors. All the students of Canara engineering college who are interested to be authors on the student portal The CAN-Era , this is your time . Gear up, the selection process details will be shared soon.
6)A CAN-Era Updates app will be launched in 2014 .
