RESULTS 2014/15 Update 1

Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) will announce on Tuesday after 9pm the results of BE first and second semester examinations of Belgaum, Gulbarga and Mysore regions, held in December 2014/January 2015. The results will be available on http://results.vtu.ac.in Students can also get them by sending an SMS to 5424204.The format for SMS is RESULT (space)USN(space) email-id.

Candidates can apply for photocopy and  revaluation of answer scripts from February 2 to 10 without penalty and from February 11 to 13 with penalty. The detailed notification for revaluation is available on www.vtu.ac.in and also in all colleges.

The Calendar of events consists all the events mentioned in the college calendar and all the others that are not in the calendar. All the information at your fingertips just by one click.

Note: All smartphone/tablet users can sync this calendar with their Google accounts. Just click on the Google Calendar icon/logo on the bottom right of the table. The details to do so are as follows:

First you need to visit the link to the calendar given above.

Next, click on the Google calendar logo/icon on the bottom right part of the calendar as in the image.

It will take you to the Google Calendar page and you will have to log-in to your Google Account. Once logged in, you will be shown an image like the one below..

Once that is done, The CAN-Era Calendar of events will be added to your Google account. the methods to sync it with your various devices are given at the end of this post.

Alternatively,you can inbox us your email IDs (preferably the one associated with a Google account that you use) and we will send you an invite for the same. Once synced, you will have dates of all the latest happenings in the college at your fingertips.

Guide to check VTU results

All the colleges under the VTU have been classified into 4 separate regions. Each college under the VTU is identified in any one of these regions

1- Bangalore

2 - Belgaum
3 - Gulbarga
4 - Mysore

For the list of Colleges with their respective region   Click here.

You can check your results on the official results page results.vtu.ac.in


After you go to the results page, you can see a list of Results that have been announced under the "RESULTS" Section as shown in the picture.



For example, if you are from CANARA ENGINEERING COLLEGE and you want to check your 1st sem results, you have to check out for the announcement of

BE 1st Semester Results announced for December 2013 for Mysore region
                                                      or
BE 1st Semester Results announced for December 2013 for All regions

If you cannot find updates similar to the ones mentioned above, you'll have to wait for them to be updated.
If you find out that your results are published, then you can Enter your USN in the TextBox provided and click the submit button. You'll be redirected to another page where your results will be displayed.


Revaluation results can be also be checked through the same page by clicking on the link "Revaluation Results".
